\n THE RONCAL VALLEY <\/h3>\n

The Valley\u2019s identity mark is no doubt the Roncal cheese. A cheese with a hardy, strong and slightly spicy taste. We call it the Pyrenees treasure.
\r\nRoncal, Isaba, Garde, Vidangoz, Uzt\u00e1rroz and Urzainqui are the villages forming the Roncal Valley with Burgui. All of them deserve a visit!
\r\nOur Valley is as well a Starlight Destination: The Roncal Valley has been certified by the Starlight Foundation as a \u201cStarlight Tourism Destination\u201d because of the excellent quality sky. It boasts the perfect setting for taking in the stars at night.<\/p>\n\n

\n CAMINO REAL RONCAL\u00c9S <\/h3>\n

There was once an extensive network of paths interconnecting the various territories and those which were somewhat official were known as \u201cCaminos Reales\u201d (royal paths).\r\nThe Roncal Valley Camino Real is a well-marked trail that starts in Burgui and takes you all the way to the Zuberoa Valley in France. One particular stretch was known as the \u201cSwallow Route\u201d where women would walk to the Maule\u00f3n area to work making rope soled sandals. \r\n\r\n<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n RESERVA NATURAL DE LARRA <\/h3>\n

The Reserva Natural de Larra is the largest natural reserve that exists in Navarre and includes one of the most extensive karst areas in Europe: 120 km2.
